If you have not registered to vote in Lincoln County, Nevada you may do so any weekday until the Close of Registration dates for each election. To vote in any of these elections you must be registered to vote.

Ficticious Firm - Also known as "Doing Business As"
Jury Affidavit - Complete this form if you are called for jury duty and want to apply to be excused from this duty.
License To Perform Marriages - Standard Form. This form should be used by ministers desiring to perform marriage ceremonies in Lincoln County regularly. This form must be notarized by a Public Notary.
License to Perform Marriages -Temporary Form. This form is meant to be used by ministers practicing outside of Lincoln County that want to perform a marriage ceremony within Lincoln County. This form must be notarized by a Public Notary.
Passports
You’ll need to apply in person if you are applying for a U.S. passport for the first time: if your expired U.S. passport is not in your possession; if your previous U.S. passport has expired and was issued more than 15 years ago; if your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under age 16; or if your currently valid U.S. passport has been lost or stolen.
Forms can be filled out on-line at the U.S.State Departments web site, but you will need to print them (one-sided please) and bring them to the County Clerk's office for processing. The Clerk's Office must verify your identity. To do this, you will need to bring in two photographs (Bank of America in Pioche will do these at no charge), an original or officially certified copy of your birth certificate (a hospital birth certificate is not considered an official birth certificate), your driver's license (or legal identification card) and two checks or money orders. One check or money order needs to be made out to the U.S. State Department for $75.00 and the other needs to be made out to the Lincoln County Clerk for $25.00. If you have previously had a passport, bring that in as well.
