Business License Application Form - Print this form and fill it out to take with you to the Building Department in Pioche or in Alamo at the Alamo Annex. If you wish to mail your application, along with a check for the application fee, you may send it to:

Once your application has been submitted to this department it will be placed in front of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners for approval. They meet on the first and third Monday of each month. Once approved, we will mail you your copy of the Business License, which is to be displayed in a conspicuous place inside your business.

License To Perform Marriages - Standard Form. This form should be used by ministers desiring to perform marriage ceremonies in Lincoln County regularly. This form must be notarized by a Public Notary.
License to Perform Marriages -Temporary Form. This form is meant to be used by ministers practicing outside of Lincoln County that want to perform a marriage ceremony within Lincoln County. This form must be notarized by a Public Notary.

Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Application - (16 pages) This form is done in pdf format. Please print it, then complete the paper copy. The Sheriff's Office accepts employment applications continuously, keeping them on file for one year. If you are unable to open or print this form, please contact the webmaster.
Lincoln County issues invoices annually for support of the county landfill site and services. All property owners are expected to pay to support the county landfill. There are some exceptions and rate reductions available in special circumstances. Applications for these must be submitted to the County Treasurer's Office.
