PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN,
STATE OF NEVADA
October 3, 2008
#1-CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL/INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Board met in special session with Chairwoman Ronda Hornbeck calling the meeting to order at 8:31. Clerk Lisa Lloyd called the roll with Commissioners Bill Lloyd, Tommy Rowe, and Ronda Hornbeck being present. Commissioners Paul Mathews and Wade Poulsen are absent. There is a quorum present and the agenda was posted on 9-26-08 to comply with the open meeting law. Tommy led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ronda explained that she must leave the meeting as an emergency situation has come up. Ronda advised that the meeting will have to be closed as there will be only two Commissioners upon her leaving.
#4-ADJOURN
Based on the fact that now there is a lack of a quorum, Tommy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:42 a.m.; seconded by Bill. All voted in favor.
