1 Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2* Approve/Deny minutes of the March 2, 2009 Regular Commission meeting.
3* Approve/Deny Tax Strike and Refund for Paul C. & Karen Kaye Fife APN: 1-332-16, error in size of home 14,318 Assessed, refund $456.99.
4* Approve/Deny Authorization for Latter Day Saints Church group to use Kane Springs Road and Carp road to Lyman Crossing for a hand cart trek simulation activity April 8th through April 11th 2009. Anticipated participants will be 150 to 200 individuals.
5* Approve/Deny Recreational Trail Ride for ATVs and Motorcycles on the 25th and 26th of April 2009. Insurance certificate naming Lincoln County as additional insured has been provided band BLM permit has been secured. Area of ride is around Coyote Springs, 12 miles east of SR 318, off of Bristol Wells road. Ride is sponsored by Eugene Entertainment Inc. (Daryl Folks).
6* Approve/Deny Notice of intention to act on resolution to augment budgets for General County Fund in the Amount of $146,491.00, Medical Indigent Fund in the amount of $29,000.00, and Vehicle capital Fund in the amount of $4,012.00.
7* Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting).

11 Officer/Department Head Reports.
12* Approve/Deny Budget Change of name of the Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) Section 10 fund to Southeastern Lincoln County Habitat Conservation Plan(SLCHCP).
13* Approve/Deny Changing the Detention Center Fund to the Detention Center Enterprise Fund.
14 Update from Chris Hanefeld, Bureau of Land Management Ely District Office.
1)Fortification Range, Parsnip Peak and White Rock Wilderness Management Plan and Environmental Assessment(EA),
2) The Mormon Mountains, Meadow Valley Range and Delamar Mountains Wilderness Management Plan and EA, and
3) the Clover Mountains, Tunnel Spring Wilderness Management Plan and EA.
11:00 15* Action/Discussion Presentation from Dixie Tienken asking commissioners to work with those willing to volunteer for credit towards county fees that must be paid by residents with limited funds.
1:00 16* Discussion/Action Continuation of a Public Hearing for an Ordinance 2008-08 amending Title 4 of the Lincoln County Code by adding two chapters relating to business and license regulation and amending the other seven chapters previously existing.
17* Presentation Only from Steve Weaver, Nevada State Parks. Information only status of Lincoln county State Parks under Governors budget (update). Closure of Beaver Dam State Park, September – November 2009 for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) project(Dam Re-hab).
18* Discussion/Action Notification under NRS 533.363 of U.S. Department of Energy Water Filings in Lincoln County.
19 Update on Ambulance Service; program management, finances, operation. (Louise Buettner)
20* Building Items:
a) Discussion/Action regarding Lincoln County courthouse back-up generator.
b) Approve/Deny contract with Lee Pearson for repairs for Alamo Annex roof in the amount of $9,583.00.
21* Planning Items:
a) Discussion/Action Approval of contract for the professional services of CWC Consulting for the development of a capital improvement plan update, not to exceed $10,000.00.
22* County Manager Items:
b) Discussion/Action Cooperating agency status with Department of Energy and Bureau of Land Management regarding programmatic environmental impact statement for solar energy development.
