3* Approve/Deny contract with Armstrong Engineering for consultant work at the Lincoln County and Alamo Airports.
4* Approve/Deny wage increase to $7.55 (minimum wage) for part-time employees. 5* Approve/Deny Division for Aging Services Grant for Congregate Meals from the Stimulus Package in the sum of $10,541.00.

10:00 12* Discussion/Action regarding awarding of a contract to construct a steel building and accessory structure at the Lincoln County Rodeo and Fair Grounds in Panaca.
10:00 13* Discussion/Action regarding awarding of a contract to place asphalt at emergency buildings in Lincoln County.

11:00 16 Presentation from Nellis Air Force Base on Urban/Close Air Support Operation that was recently conducted in Lincoln County.
1:00 17* Discussion/Action: Regarding pending amendments to NorCal Agreement.
18* Discussion/Action: Signing of Interlocal contract between State of Nevada and Lincoln County for the Highland Peak radio rack space. Total cost for year one $3,665.98 and total for year two $3,857.48.
19* Discussion/Action: The need for the Detention Center to purchase a Ford Crown Victoria for the use in local transports and extraditions that have to be done throughout the entire state. This item not included in the present budget and would have to be augmented from the Detention Enterprise Fund. The cost including the upfitting not to exceed $30,000.00.
20* Discussion/Action: Possible contract renewal for Ken Dixon, Scope of Work to focus on tasks to provide any services outside of the Southeastern Lincoln County Habitat Conservation Plan.
21* Discussion/Action: Possible contract renewal for Ken Dixon, Scope of Work to focus on the Southeastern Lincoln County Habitat Conservation Plan finalization for issuance by United States Fish & Wildlife Service of the Section Ten permit, and tasks associated with preparatory phases of implementation process.
22* Discussion/Action: Assistance in purchase of State Property/Caliente Youth Center for future growth of Grover C. Dils Medical Center.

a) Approve/Deny: Resolution providing for the transfer of the County’s 2009 private activity bond cap to the Nevada Rural Housing Authority and other matters related thereto.
b) Approve/Deny: Memorandum of Understanding between Lincoln County and Nevada Rural Housing Authority and other matters related thereto.
25* Discussion/Action wood biomass projects monitoring by coordinator of Lincoln County Nuclear Oversight Program.

e) Discussion/Action regarding Community Development Block Grant for the Community assessments and NxLevel Training Program in rural areas of Nevada.
