2* Approve/Deny minutes of the August 17, 2009 Commission meeting.
3* Approve/Deny projects to be submitted to Nevada Division of transportation for use with stimulus funds.
4* Approve/Deny Tax Strike APN:1-042-05, Donald Ray & Dorothy K. Adams, 3,247 assessed.
5* Approve/Deny Tax Strike APN: 10-182-05, James Daniel Smalls, Manufactured Home Repossessed, 11,286 assessed.
6* Approve/Deny Appointment of Geri Phillips to the Pioche Housing Authority Board.
7* Approve/Deny Business License Waiver for Lynn’s Auto.
8* Approve/Deny Business Licenses with staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
9* Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting).

12* Approve/Deny Budget transfer from Federal In Lieu Special Revenue Fund to the Detention Center Enterprise Fund in the amount of $60,094.00.
13* Discussion/Action: Regarding Cell Phone Plans and number of minutes used on plans.
10:30 14 Update of Solar Energy by Wells McGifford from the Bureau of Land Management.
15* Approve/Deny letter in reference to the Environmental Impact Study pertaining to the Solar Areas Identified for Lincoln County.
16* Discussion/Action: Continued support of the Western Counties Alliance Association and Fees for 2009 in the amount of $3,000.00.
17* Discussion/Action: Appointments to the Special Event Committee.
18* Discussion/Action regarding labor agreements with Law Enforcement Association.
19* Discussion/Action regarding labor agreements with Teamsters Local 14.
20* Discussion/Action of renewal of franchise agreement between the County and Rainbow Cable.
1:00 21* Approve/Deny Resolution Authorizing A Medium-Term Obligation Installment Purchase Agreement for
New Vehicles for the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office.
22* Information Technology
a) Discussion/Action: Status of Building and Planning Hewlett Packard 4000 plotter repair and usage.
b) Discussion/Action: Status of web server development and a new broadband line into courthouse for the purposes of enabling County’s Mapping Service.
23* Lincoln County Nuclear Oversight Program
a) Discussion/Action: Revisions of current year budget for the Nuclear Oversight Program.
b) Discussion/Action: Support of N-4 State Grazing Board comment letter to Ely Bureau of Land Management re: Solar Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement.
c) Discussion/Action: Trip to national Harbor, Maryland by Connie Simkins to attend Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board meeting September 23 and 24, 2009.

a) Discussion/Action: Policy and Procedures for Ambulance Services.
b) Discussion/Action: Renewal of Contract with Louise Buettner as Ambulance Services Administrator.

b) Discussion/Action regarding letter to Nevada Division of Transportation regarding prescription rights of the County for the roads to be improved with stimulus funds.
