d) Discussion/Action: Moving of generator out of the Pioche Fire Station.
7* Approve/Deny Authorization letter to Cindy Trom regarding quotes for County Employees Health Care Insurance.
11:30 8* Discussion/Action: Ranking of Projects for the Community Development Block Grant program for 2010.

10* Approve/Deny labor agreements with Law Enforcement Association

1:00 12* Approve/Deny Ordinance for renewal of franchise agreement between Lincoln County and Rainbow Cable.
1:00 13* Approve/Denyfranchise Fee Ordinance imposing a 2% for Video Service Providers within Lincoln County.
1:30 15* Discussion/Action regarding Alamo Industrial Park. Sunrise Engineering will make a presentation to assist determination of direction the Commission wishes to take with the Park. The Scope of Work for Sunrise Engineering may also be discussed.
2:30 16 Update by Jeff Fontain and Bonnie Weber National Association of Counties.
17* Discussion/Action: Letter to the Bureau of Land Management final recommendations for Solar Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement.
18* Discussion/Action to Determine Cooperating Agency Status with the Bureau of Land Management regarding Gateway South & Trans West Express.
19* Discussion/Action: Letter to Nevada Department of Transportation requesting a turn lane into Vincent Development.
20* Approve/Deny letter to the Bureau of Land Management giving direction on land disposals on Pearson & Medlin.
21* Discussion/Action: Appointment of members to Information Technologies Committee.

b) Discussion/Action regarding the Resolution to renew the loan with Nevada Bank & Trust for the land purchase at the Alamo Industrial Park.
c) Approve/Deny Level of Environmental Review Determination and Environmental Assessment for the community Development block Grant funded project for the Alamo Sewer and Water sewer pond improvements.
d) Approve/Deny placing a notice in the newspaper regarding the Environmental Assessment for the Community Development block Grant funded project for the Alamo Sewer and Water sewer pond improvements.
e) Approve/Deny letter committing match of up to $8,000.00 for the GIS consultants for work on the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan.
23* Building Department
b) Discussion/Action: Ordinance regarding locksmith Business in Lincoln County.
24* Planning Department
a) Discussion/Action: Preliminary review of Public Lands Policy Plan.
b) Discussion/Action: Preliminary review of Fiscal Impact Studies/Cost of Land use Study Phase One.
c) Discussion/Action: Approval of GIS Services Contract with Gnomon Inc. of Carson City for continued GIS support, Database Development, Web Mapping Services for a previously approved amount of no greater than $25,000.
d) Department Update.
