CONSENT AGENDA

2* Approve/Deny minutes of the November 8, 2010 regular Commission Meeting.

3* Approve/Deny Tax Strike for John Stever APN 1-192-15 $12,320 Assessed, Mobile Home Conversion Completed personal property value was not deleted.

4* Approve/Deny Business Licenses with staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).

b) Discussion/Action: Designation of a site in Rachel to bury water storage tank for fire suppression.

15* Discussion/Action: Report on number of Grant Administration employment applications and the forming of a hiring committee.

16* Discussion/Action: Donation to the Freedom 4 Wheeler organization for the Mud Bog Cancer Awareness Fundraiser to be held in Panaca on April 23, 2011.

17* Discussion/Action: Resignation of Candice Mortenson from the Lincoln County Fair and Recreation/Room Tax Board.
