1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2* Approve/Deny minutes of the April 12, 2011 and April 27, 2011 Budget Meetings, April 13, 2011 Special Meeting and the April 18, 2011 Regular Commission Meeting.
3* Approve/Deny and sign Amendment #1 to the Assessor/Department of Motor Vehicles Contract to be in effect until June 30, 2013.
4* Approve/Deny Hardy Construction Contract for Meadow Valley Linear Park in the amount of $2,428,887.26. Notice of Award previously approved in a prior Commissioner Meeting.
5* Approve/Deny Change Order #3 for Pearson Brothers Construction for additional work in the amount of $8,162.10 on the Alamo Rodeo Grounds project.
6* Approve/Deny Deductive Change Order #1 for Hardy Construction for repair of damaged cable line in the amount of $610.00 on the Meadow Valley Linear Park.
7* Approve/Deny Business Licenses with staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
8* Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash Balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
9 Officer/Department Head Reports: May include but not limited to, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, projects status, future needs arising since last meeting and other relevant information for the Commission.
10 Board of Highway Commissioners: Under Separate Agenda.
11* Discussion/Action: Create a plan for the clean up of the Alamo Dump site.
12* Discussion/Action: Establish a fund to pay for the Alamo Dump site clean up.
13 Lincoln County Fire District: Under Separate Agenda.
14 Lincoln County Water District:Under Separate Agenda .
15* Discussion/Action: Stipulation to extend the stay on the case between Lincoln County, Mesquite and C&O Holdings to facilitate further negotiations.
16* Discussion/Action: Hiring of a part-time substitute to help in the Museum at $8.25 an hour.
17* Discussion/Action: Support of a Resolution for Promotion of Nevada Wildfire Awareness week May 1-8, 2011.
18* Discussion/Action: Approve/Deny Change Order for Leslie & Associates for additional work at Alamo Children’s Park in the amount of $7,040.00.
19* Discussion/Action: Approve/Deny Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) in the amount of $50,487.00, for the Human Services Departmen.
20* Discussion/Action: Approve/Deny Change Order for Leslie & Associates for additional work at Alamo Rodeo Grounds in the amount of $41,462.00.
21 Quarterly Jail Tour.
22* Discussion/Action: Interlocal Agreement between Lincoln County and Lincoln County Water District (LCWD) for LCWD staff to represent Lincoln County on water related issues and for Lincoln County to provide LCWD with specified services and access to equipment.
23* Discussion/Action: Approve/Deny Motorcycle Racing Association of Nevada (MRAN) and Silver State Trailblazers Eagle Valley Hare Scrambles Motorcycle Race scheduled for May 21, 2011.
24* Discussion/Action: Approve/Deny Freedom Four Wheelers Mud Race scheduled for May 14, 2011.
25* Discussion/Action: Resolution excluding requirements in Section R 313.2 of the International Residential Code, which would otherwise require automatic fire sprinkler systems for one-and two-family dwellings.
26 Commissioners Reports: May include but not limited to, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, projects status, future needs arising since last meeting and other relevant information for the Commission.
27 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
