All other items do not have a specific time and will be heard at the discretion of the Board. If you wish to speak on any item that is on the agenda, you must sign in with the Clerk at the meeting.

1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.

2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).

3* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny minutes of the December 19, 2011 Regular Meeting.

4* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny reappointment of Angie Wright and Brad Loveday to the Alamo Town Board.

5* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny reappointment of Spencer Hafen and Caralee Frehner to the Panaca Town Board.

6* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny reappointment of John Crosthwait, Robin Simmers, and Vern Holaday to the Fair & Rec Board.

7* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny reappointment of Vaughn Higbee and Ed Higbee to the Airport Authority.

17* For Possible Action: Acceptance of letter of Resignation from Kathy C. Hiatt, Lincoln County Treasurer.

22 Letter signed from Pahranagat Valley residents pertaining to the suspension of services from the Department of Motor Vehicles and Lincoln County Assessors Office to Paharangat Valley.

23* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action writing of a letter to the Department of Motor Vehicles and the Lincoln County Assessors Office in favor of reinstatement of services to Pahranagat Valley for certain services performed by Lincoln County Employees from the Assessors Office.

24* For Possible Action: Public Hearing for an ordinance titled: Authorization for the Building and Planning Department to issue Misdemeanor Citations.

25* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding two signature requirement for Echo Web User Access change forms.

26* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Application and Letter of Support for Rural Nevada Development Corp. Housing Rehabilitation.

27* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding Approval of Community Development and Housing Needs Statement for CDBG grant applications.

28* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing CDBG Grant Application for the Panaca Access Project (sidewalk, curb, gutter).

29* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing CDBG Grant Application for the Alamo Senior Center rehabilitation.

30 Nuclear Oversight Program Update: May include but not limited to, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, projects status, future needs arising since last meeting and other relevant information for the Commission.

31* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action A Time Only Contract change order for Gnomon Inc for Emergency Response Run Book mapping until March 31, 2012.

32* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Letter and comments on Draft Supplemental programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States.

33 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, projects status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
