1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
3* For Possible Action: Approve minutes of the June 4, 2012 Regular Meeting and the May 10, 2012 and June 1, 2012 Budget Meetings.
4* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a Resolution to Transfer within the General Fund for fiscal year 2011/2012.
5* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a Resolution to Transfer within the Pioche Town General Funds for fiscal year 2011/2012
6* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
7* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash Balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
8 Officer/Department Head Reports: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
9* For Possible Action: Canvass/Sign 2012 Primary Election results.
10* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny changing the regularly scheduled November 5, 2012 Commission meeting to November 12, 2012.

15* For Possible Action: Acceptance of renewal proposal from Nevada Public Agency Insurance Pool (POOL) and approval for payment of premium from fiscal year 2012- 2013 funds.
16* For Possible Action: Proposal of Liability Insurance for the Lincoln County Airport through the POOL pact program and approval of payment of premium from fiscal year 2012-2013 funds.
17* For Possible Action: Acceptance, rejection, or amendment to the proposed Settlement Agreement, between Lincoln County and the City of Mesquite, and between Lincoln County and C&O Holdings, LLC.
18* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding LaCour Street Sewer Replacement Bid Award.
19* For Possible Action: Discussion approval of the LaCour Street Sewer Replacement Project Contract.
20* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action appointment of a trustee to the Hospital Board, Teresa Hansen has been chosen by the committee.
21* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action designation of fund for proceeds from District Court land sale (APN #001-132-05, Pioche, NV) to Michael & Mary Rydberg in the amount of $1,950.00,
22* For Possible Action: Discussion Appointment of a board member to the Museum Board.
23 Oversight program update by Vaughn Higbee, and Connie Simkins.
24* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action comment letter for Lincoln County Commission input to be submitted to Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval’s Sage Grouse conservation Working Group before July 2, 2012.
25* For Possible Action: Approval of contract with Vanquard for pest control services to County facilities.
26* For Possible Action: Approval of letter to the US Army Corps of Engineers requesting a comprehensive watershed analysis of the Meadow Valley Wash through the Flood Management Services Program (FPMS).
27* For Possible Action: Approval of contract with B. L. Construction, Inc. for improvements to the Lincoln County Courthouse Courtroom.
28* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing Amendment #2 for Sunrise Engineering on the Meadow Valley Wash Linear Park Project. This is an increase of $61,000 for the Bidding, Negotiating Phase and Construction Phase of the contract.
29* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing Change Order #2 for Kokopelli Landscaping on the Meadow Valley Wash Linear Park Project, in the amount of $44,326.74 for basic landscaping supplies.
30* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Notification of Grant award for Lincoln County Senior Services Nutrition Program.
31* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing Closing Documentation for the Alamo Landing Field Phase I project.
32 Report of Quarterly Jail Tour
