1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
3* For Possible Action: Approve minutes of the June 4, 2012 and June 18, 2012 Regular Meetings and the May 10, 2012 and June 1, 2012 Budget Meetings.
4* For Possible Action: Approve/Sign Notification of Grant Award by Aging and Disability Serves to Lincoln County Human Services Home Care, Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 Service Grant in the amount of $37,200.00.
5* For Possible Action: Approve/Sign Notification of Grant Award by Aging and Disability Services to Lincoln County Human Services Transportation for FY 2013 in the amount of $27,397.00.
6* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
7* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash Balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
8 Officer/Department Head Reports: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
9* For Possible Action: Approval to move the November 12, 2012 meeting to November 13, 2012 due to the Holiday.
10* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action of Interfund Loan from General County to the Airport in the amount of $6,000 due June 30, 2012.
11 Board of Highway Commissioners: Under Separate Agenda.
12 Lincoln County Fire District: Under Separate Agenda.
13 Oversight program update by Vaughn Higbee, and Connie Simkins.
14* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action of letter to Nevada Legislative Committee on High-Level Radioactive Waste re Blue Ribbon Commission recommendations, congressional funding, completing Yucca Mountain licensing proceedings.
15* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action with the City of Caliente regarding payment to the County for Sheriff’s services.
16* For Possible Action: Filing and Approval of an Affidavit and Petition for Exploration of Mining Claims, by Tom E. Brown on APN 009-012-58.
17* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action approval of the purchase of a refurbished Computed Tomography (CT) machine.
18* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding award of Echo Canyon State Park Treatment Plan and Data Recovery contract to Logan Simpson Design in the amount of $16,625.00.
19* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action signing contract Time Extension for Trade West Construction on the Pioche Park Phase II project.
20* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action signing Notice of Final Acceptance for Kokopelli Landscaping on the Meadow Valley Wash Linear Park Landscape Amenities Project.
21* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action appointment of a Pioche Town Board member.
22* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action of possible Tax Deed Sale.
23* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action of a Resolution adopting the Tax Rates for FY 2012-2013.
24* For Possible Action: Approval of letter to the US Army Corps of Engineers requesting a structural analysis to be completed for the Mathew Drop Structure through the Flood Management Services Program (FPMS).
25* For Possible Action: Approval to Zero Odysseys Tour to be held July 30 through August 3, 2012.
26* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action does the Commission wish to impact or identify possible trails for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding for the Environmental Assessment (EA) that is being done by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Lincoln County.
27 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
