1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
3* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny minutes of the February 4, 2013 Regular Meeting.
4* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Tax Refund Charles Serneck 01-103-03 in the amount of $417.22. Board of Equalization granted Disabled Veterans Exemption for current tax year.
5* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Notice of Intention to Act on a Resolution to Augment Budget: Alamo Town Board $4,000 (Donation), Alamo Town Capital Project Fund $4,735 (Beginning Fund Balance Larger than Anticipated), General County $286,294 (Beginning Fund Balance Larger than Anticipated), Lincoln County Water Special Fund $43,117 (Beginning Fund Balance Larger than Anticipated), Panaca Town Building Fund $10,204 (Beginning Fund Balance Larger than Anticipated).
6* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing match approval letter for Grant Administration time on the submitted Alamo Sewer and Water General Improvement District’s Community Development Block Grant application.
7* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
8* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash Balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
9 Officer/Department Head Reports: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
10 Board of Highway Commissioners: Under Separate Agenda.

13* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny the Yucca Chucker’s Hell’s Half Acre motorcycle race to be held on Six Mile Flat March 30, 2013.
14* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Report on Trustee Auction and Acceptance of Submittal of Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Sale and Return of Sale.
15* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action: Maintain or delegate to the County Treasurer authority to invest public monies pursuant to NRS 355.170-175.
16* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action: Signature of investment documents with Wells Fargo Securities.
17* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Approve letter to Amy Lueders, Nevada Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Director, requesting expedited development of Dry Lake Valley North Solar Energy Zone Regional Mitigation Plan.
18* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a Resolution of the Board of Lincoln County Commissioners encouraging the Congress of the United States to Amend the Lincoln County Land Act and the Lincoln County Conservation, Recreation and Development Act to expand the allowable uses by Lincoln County and the Bureau of Land Management of Land Sale Proceeds and other matters pertaining thereto.
19 Update of Nuclear Oversite program by Vaughn Higbee, Dr. Mike Baughman and Connie Simpkins.
20* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a Tax Strike on APN 9-024-01, Derek F. and Megan L. Foremaster, 7455 Assessed $234.83 Strike, Refund 2011-12 $281.00 and 2010-11 $286.74. House size incorrect, house smaller than Assessor’s records.
21* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Request from Derek Foremaster for refund of wrongly Assessed value since 2006 until 2010.
22* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny and signing of a Letter to the State Office of the Natural Resources Conservation Services requesting technical assistance on the Mathews Drop Structure.
23 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
