1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
3* For Possible Action: Approve minutes of the March 18, 2013 Regular Meeting.
4* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny request from Freedom 4Wheelers to hold their annual Mud Race on May 18, 2013 at the Panaca Fair Grounds.
5* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny the advertisement and hiring of a Meals on Wheels driver for the Alamo route.
6* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
7* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash Balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
8 Officer/Department Head Reports: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.

10 Board of Highway Commissioners: Under Separate Agenda.

13* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action about where to utilize a possible Donation from Western Elite, which would be designated for Children’s Activities.
14* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action establishing or amending the class specifications (as they relate to the pay grade), for employees of the Pioche Public Utilities (PPU)/Pioche Town Employees.
15* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action establishing or amending the Pay Grades for employees of the PPU/PiocheTown.
16* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding a proposed Resolution in Support of Nevada Wildfire Awareness Week May 4-May11, 2013.
17* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding the proposed budget for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 for the Joint County City Impact Alleviation Committee (JCCIAC) program and how much the County will contribute.
18* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action acceptance of FY 2012 Lincoln County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Annual Report and Authorization to submit the FY 2012 CEDS annual report to the United States Economic Development Administration.
19* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Approval and Signing of Assurances for a Grant from the Office of Criminal Justice Assistance in the amount of $14,000, no match required, for the Drug Dog Program.
20* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action about making a Budget change request for the SNPLMA grant in order to purchase the lots adjacent to Pioneer Park in Panaca.
21* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny the Best in the Desert-Motion Pro 200 Trail Ride scheduled for April 5-7, 2013.
22* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny the Scenic Half Marathon, sponsored by the Panaca 6th Grade Class. Route will begin north of Spring Valley State Park and end at Echo Canyon State Park. The event is scheduled for July 6, 2013.
23* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a letter to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State Office requesting the designation of free woodcutting zones for Pinion and Juniper as it relates to Sage Grouse habitat.
24* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a letter to the BLM in regards to violations of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
25* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Review and Amend the Drop Box Facility Service Fee Waiver Policy.
26* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action about remodeling of the Commission’s Room.
27* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action signing of Interlocal Contract between Lincoln County and the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) to continue the County match program.
28* Quarterly Jail Tour
