1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.

2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).

CONSENT AGENDA

3* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny minutes of the December 2, 2013 Regular Meeting.

4* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny the appointment of Pete Peterson to the Panaca Town Board.

5* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).

13* For Possible Action: Presentation/Approve/Deny FY 2012/2013 Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) Audit by Dan McArthur.

14* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny a Resolution Amending Inventory Guidelines by Raising the Threshold for Capitalization.

15* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action pertaining to the opening of the Exercise Room at the Pioche Town Hall to the Public.

16* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action a Resolution in the Matter of Federal Fiscal Year 2014 Elections for National Forest Related Safety-Net Payments.

17* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Approval of certification of Expenditure of Funds letter to Dr. Peter Lyons, US Department of Energy (DOE).

18* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing the Community Development Building Grant (CDBG) applications for the Alamo Sewer and Water General Improvement District (GID) plan and the Critical Flood Solutions Analysis Plan.

19* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action regarding signing the Certifications and Statements of Assurance required for the submission of the CDBG grant applications.

20* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action Approve a Resolution Proclaiming January 2014 as National Radon Action Month in Lincoln County.

21* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action request from Rick Stever that the County purchases his abundance of vacation time, as described in the Lincoln County Personnel Policy 5.2.3 #2.

22* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action concerning the funding of emergency situations and designation of a fund to provide for the situations that may arise.

23* For Possible Action: Discussion/Action clarification and approval of contract for iTech of Las Vegas for the telephone system previously approved by the Board through a Request for Proposal (RFP).

24* For Possible Action: Approve/Deny disposal of property held by Treasurer in trust at old Bristol Mine Townsite, APN’s 006-371-01, 006-371-04, 006-371-05, 006-371-06, 006-371-07, 006-371-08, 009-012-15 and 009-011-82

25 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
