1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.
2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).
3* For Possible Action: Approve minutes of the May 19, 2014 Regular Board Meeting.
4* For Possible Action: Approve Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).
5* For Possible Action: Approve vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.
6 Officer/Department Head Reports: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.

9* For Possible Action: Acceptance of renewal proposal from Nevada Public Agency Insurance Pool (POOL) and approval for payment from fiscal year 2014-2015 funds.
10* For Possible Action: Acceptance and Renewal of the Airport Liability Insurance through POOL.
11 Coyote Springs GID: Under Separate Agenda.
12* For Possible Action: Presentation and Acceptance of the Nevada Department of
Transportations (NDOT) – Lincoln County Work Program for Fiscal Year 2015.
13* For Possible Action: Public Hearing and Approval of an Ordinance amending Lincoln County Code regarding the prohibition of Medical Marijuana establishments as a matter of land use throughout the unincorporated areas of Lincoln County.
14* For Possible Action: Lincoln County as the fiscal agent for the Lincoln County Workforce Program managed by the Cooperative Extension Office starting July 1, 2014.
15 Presentation by Rosemary Thomas and Paul Podborny concerning drought situation and how it relates to public lands.
16* For Possible Action: Discussion concerning the Planning Department’s cash/budget shortfall and determining how to resolve the issue.
17* For Possible Action: Acceptance of resignation of William T. Lloyd from the Pioche Town Board.
18* For Possible Action: Adoption of the FY 2014-2015 budget for the Town of Pioche.
19* For Possible Action: Consideration/Revision of comment letter to the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Corps of Engineers to renew regulations defining “Waters of the US”.
20* For Possible Action: Request to purchase new laptop for Nuclear Oversight Office.
21* For Possible Action: Approval of payment and identification of funding source for the State of Nevada Division of Water Resources Annual Dam Storage Fee for the Hollinger Debris Basin. The 2014 fee is $992.50.
22* For Possible Action: Approval of the Panaca Elementary Scenic Half Marathon between Spring Valley and Echo Canyon State Parks to be held on July 5, 2014.
23* For Possible Action: BLT Acquisition Group is requesting the Board approve the drafting of a Resolution of Intent to proceed with an Inter Local Agreement between the County and the City of Mesquite in accordance with the approved Development Agreement for the property owned by BLT Acquisition Group known as Parcel “C” within the Toquop Planning Area.
24* For Possible Action: Establishing of a pool for those who wish to donate sick leave to other Lincoln County employees.
25* For Possible Acton: Discussion of Chapter 2 thru 2.5 of the proposed Personnel Policy sent out by Daniel Hooge.
26* For Possible Action: Nomination of Commissioner Paul Donohue to be the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer (EEO).
27 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
