1* Call to order; Roll call; Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance.

2 Public Comment. (All public comment will be limited to five minutes per individual).

3* For Possible Action: Approve minutes of the January 6, 2014 Board meeting.

4* For Possible Action: Approve Original and Renewed Business Licenses according to staff recommendations (an itemized list of business licenses is available for public review in the Building Department prior to the meeting).

5* For Possible Action: Approve vouchers (an itemized list of bills is available for public review at the county Auditor’s office prior to the meeting). A report of Cash balances with any concerns will be received from the County Auditor.

6* For Possible Action: Approve a Public Notice of Intention to Act on a Resolution on February 3, 2014 at 10:00 am to Augment Budget for FY 2013-2014 China Springs Fund in the amount of $8,158.00.

11* For Possible Action: Approve the donation of an old Dodge Durango from the Sheriff’s Office to the City of Caliente for an Animal Control vehicle.

12* For Possible Action: Approve the hiring of a part-time dispatcher.

13 Lincoln County-Coyote Springs consolidated General Improvement District: Under Separate Agenda.

14* For Possible Action: Approve a Range Vendor Teaming Agreement with the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems (NIAS) Program for the Alamo Airport.

15* For Possible Action: Approve a Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement with the Nevada Institute for Autonomous Systems.

16* For Possible Action: Approve the appointment of Peggy Hone to the Library Board.

17* For Possible Action: Approve the appointment Melissa Davey to Housing Authority Board.

18* For Possible Action: Approve request from Tri-County Weed to purchase refreshments not to exceed $75.00 for their Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for March 6, 2014.

19 Update on Nuclear Oversight Program Activities: Update will include meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.

20* For Possible Action: Approve a letter and comments to Dry Lake Valley North Solar Energy Zone Draft Impact and Mitigation Summary Table.

21* For Possible Action: Approve comments to the Draft Land use Plan Amendment/Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Nevada and Northeastern California Subregion for the Greater Sage-grouse.

22* For Possible Action: Approve two Commissioners to attend the ECA Peer review trip to Washington DC February 26-28, 2014.

23* For Possible Action: Write off as bad debit $805.99 owed by Cottonwood Heights, LLC for garbage collection fees.

24* For Possible Action: Approve 1 or 2 commissioners to attend the Nevada Association of Counties meeting on

25* For Possible Action: Clarify or amend Resolution No. 2014-01, which augments funds obtained from the Federal Government.

26* For Possible Action: Approve a Resolution or introduce an Ordinance to charge Host Fees for Landfills located in Lincoln County pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 4 of the Lincoln County Code.

27 Commissioners Reports: Update will include, meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, and future needs arising since last meeting.
