#1-CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Kerry Lee called the meeting to order at 11:00. Clerk Lisa Lloyd called the roll.

There is a quorum present and the agenda was posted on 1-12-10 to comply with the open meeting law.
#2-LIQUOR LICENSES
Sheriff Kerry Lee presented this item. With the exception of five entities, everyone on the list for licenses has acquired a County business license. Those that haven’t applied for a business license have been contacted and are working on it. There is a correction on the legal name for Wirtz Beverage, which should be Wirtz Beverage Nevada Beer. Paul made a motion to approve the liquor license as presented; seconded by Ronda. All voted in favor.
#3-GAMING LICENSES
The Bank Club added some slots and this is the only change. Bank Club is closed right now but will be opening up at the end of this month. Ronda made a motion to approve the gaming licenses as presented; seconded by Tommy. All voted in favor.
#4- PUBLIC COMMENT
Chairman Lee called for public comment. None is offered.
#5-ADJOURN
There being no further business for the Board to address, Paul made a motion adjourn the meeting at 11:12; seconded by Ronda. All voted in favor.
