#1-CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The Board met in regular session with Chairman Paul Mathews calling the meeting to order at 11:07. Clerk Lisa Lloyd called the roll with Trustees Tommy Rowe, Ronda Hornbeck, Paul Mathews, Ed Higbee and Bill Lloyd being present. There is a quorum and the agenda was posted on 3-31-10 to comply with the open meeting law. Fire Chief Kerry Lee is present.
#2-FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 BUDGET
Dan McArthur reviewed the tentative. $48,617 is the adjusted amount for wages. Benefits will be $32,400. Services and supplies are $34,000. Capital Outlay is $4,000. Kerry commented that they need to hire a secretary in the near future to handle paperwork. There will be no salaries/wages if there is no BLM work. A contract employee could be hired at a rate of $200 per month.
#3-TENTATIVE BUDGET FY 2010-2011 BUDGET
Ronda made a motion to approve the tentative budget; seconded by Bill. All voted in favor.

Paul called for public comment. None is offered.
There being no further business for the Board to attend to Paul adjourned the meeting at 11:11.
