Chairman Tommy Rowe called the meeting to order at 10:48 a.m.

There is a quorum and the agenda was posted on 5-11-11 to comply with the open meeting law.
#2-FY 2011-2012 BUDGET
Dan McArthur presented the proposed budget. The PFD budget hasn’t changed since the tentative was submitted. Tommy called for public comment. Kerry Lee asked how much money is going into the emergency fund. Kerry commented that he wants to make sure the money continues to go into this emergency fund, but it needs to be at the minimum rate. $2,000 is the amount going into the emergency fund. The fund has a total of $20,936. Paul M. made a motion to approve the FY 2011-2012 budget; seconded by Ed. All voted in favor.
Tommy called for public comment. None offered.
There being no further business for the Board to attend to, Tommy adjourns the meeting at 10:52 a.m.
