PANACA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
#1-CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Chairman Ed Higbee called the meeting to order at 11:06 a.m.

Kevin Phillips, Vice Chair
Lisa Lloyd, Clerk
There is a quorum and the agenda was posted on 2-26-13 to comply with the open meeting law.
Ed called for public comment. None offered.
#3-CONTRACT FOR LADDER TRUCK
Kevin made a motion to approve and sign the contract between Panaca Fire District, USDA Rural Development, and Fire Trucks Plus for a used ladder truck; seconded by Adam. All voted in favor.
#4- PUBLIC COMMENT
Ed called for public comment. Elaine Zimmerman, Grants Administrator, advised that she received a call from USDA; they are looking to close out the loan.
There being no further business for the Board to attend to, Ed adjourned the meeting at 11:08 a.m.
