  2. *Minutes approval or denial/corrections for February 9, 2012.

  3. Public Comment: No action will be taken on any items discussed in public and board comment, but items may be placed on a future agenda for action. All public comment will be limited to 5 minutes per individual.

  4. *For Possible Action: Parcel Map for Matney, Glenn to create 4 parcels, on Parcel # 013-190-01; located in the Highland Knolls area off from US 93 & Gordena Lane between mile markers 102 & 101.

  5. *For Possible Action: Parcel Map for Matney, Glenn to create 4 parcels, on Parcel # 013-190-02; located in the Highland Knolls area off from US 93 & Gordena Lane between mile markers 102 & 101.

  13. *For Possible Action: Map for Dean P. & Florence W. Thiriot Family Trust to create 4 parcels, on Parcel #’s 002-280-05 & 012-120-15; located in the Town of Panaca and on the edge of Panaca off of Panaca Springs Road.

  14. *For Possible Action: Special Use Permit for Mead, Michael to have a home based business on Parcel #013-160-41; located at 6653 Lloyd Ct., Caliente, NV (Carrigan Estates) the business he is requesting is a Home Office & Firearms/Ammunition Sales.

  15. *For Possible Action: Special Zone Change for KW Legacy Ranch from RR5 (Rural Residential) to C1 (Commercial) on Parcel #011-090-19 in order to obtain a special use permit for a family focused adolescent program; located in Hiko, NV between MP 1 & 2 off of SR 318, legal address 1760 SR318.

  16. *For Possible Action: Special Use Permit Extension for Romero, John for 6 months in order to leave the 13’6” x 60’ trailer on the property while completing construction of home (trailer to be removed after construction is complete) on APN # 001-341-17, located on the corner of Juniper & Vincent Ave. in the town of Pioche.

  17. Department Update: May include but not limited to: meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, future needs arising since last meeting and other relevant information for the Commission.

  18. Public Comment: No action will be taken on any items discussed in public and board comment, but items may be placed on a future agenda for action, all public comment will be limited to 5 minutes per individual.

I, Dawne Combs, Planning Coordinator for Lincoln County Planning Department, say that on February 29, 2012, I posted a copy of this agenda at the Lincoln County Court House and the Pioche Post Office. I also faxed a copy of said agenda to the Caliente City Hall, Alamo Annex, Panaca Post Office, Little A’Le’Inn (Rachel) and Eagle Valley Resort (Ursine area) for posting.
