Agenda for April 10, 2014

  1. Roll Call, Open Meeting Law:

  2. *Minutes approval or denial/corrections for March 13th, 2014 Meeting

  3. Public Comment: No action will be taken on any items discussed in public and board comment, but items may be placed on a future agenda for action. All public comment will be limited to 5 minutes per individual.

  4. *For Discussion/Possible Action: Development Agreement between Lincoln County and BLT Acquisition Group, LLC for development of a planned unit development in the Toquop area. This agreement provides a description of the land, specifies a duration of the agreement, the permitted uses of the land, the density or intensity of its use, the maximum height and size of the proposed buildings, and any provisions for the dedication of any portion of the land for public use. The agreement may fix the period within which construction must commence and provide for an extension of that deadline. The Board, if it finds that the provisions of the agreement are consistent with the master plan, may recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners. Copies of the proposed agreement may be provided upon request.

  6. *For Possible Action: Parcel map application for Rebel Rock Ranch to divide Parcel # 014-010-24 into 3 parcels; located at approximately mile post 47 on SR 317. Current zoning is A-4.

  7. *For Possible Action: Special Use Permit Review for KW Legacy Ranch in order to run a Family Focused Adolescent program using a working cattle ranch as a therapeutic family tool; the facility will provide treatment for up to 16-20 adolescents ranging in ages from 13-17. The facility is located on Parcel # 011-090-19; in Hiko, NV between mile post 1 & 2 off from SR 318, legal address is 1760 SR 318.

  8. Department Update: May include but not limited to: meetings attended, actions taken, contacts made, project status, future needs arising since last meeting and other relevant information for the Commission.

  9. Public Comment: No action will be taken on any items discussed in public and board comment, but items may be placed on a future agenda for action, all public comment will be limited to 5 minutes per individual.
