Victim/Witness Services - Victim/Witness Services (VWS) is a system advocacy program for the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and District Attorney's Office. This program serves three counties ( Lincoln, Eureka and White Pine) and two Shoshone Indian Reservations (Duckwater and Ely).
