4000 MARIJUANA PLANTS ERADICATED
Cooperative investigations and surveillance efforts by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, the Eastern Nevada Drug Task Force, Southern Area Interdiction Narcotics Teams (SAINTS), and the DEA, BLM, and Nevada State Parks, resulted in the eradication of approximately 4,000 marijuana plants from a well groomed, covertly located grow site in Lincoln County Nevada near the Utah State line.
No arrests were made this weekend however, the investigation continues. Investigators expect that continued surveillance will result in the eradication of additional grows sites in the area.
