LCWD Ordinance 2005-01 - An ordinance providing for the proper management of certain County revenues from Lincoln County Water District/Vidler Water Company agreements disbursements, establishing, identifying restrictions on the use of those funds; and other matters properly related thereto.
LCWD Ordinance 2007-01 - An ordinance amending LCWD Ordinance 2005-01, which provides for the distribution and management of revenues received through the disbursement of water, to clarify when LCWD will deposit revenues into the Water Resources County Reimbursement Account, changing the title of the Water Resource General Account to Water Resource Fund, and other matters properly relating thereto.
LCWD Ordinance 2010-01 - An ordinance requiring that water rights and water supply delivery or substitute compensation, at fair market value, to be dedicated to the District prior to provision of water service for any development.
